What I enjoyed most was never the size of the company. It was seeing what could work better, understanding the real problem and finding a practical way forward.
These days I prefer selected work with direct responsibility — whether that means creatively solving a commercial problem, teaching someone to ski or kitesurf, or taking care of something important.
